PVA is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Executive Director to advance the mission of the organization: Bringing the Community Together Through the Arts. PVA has a vibrant exhibit program and blossoming arts education programs currently housed in our 1200 square foot gallery. Responsibilities include leading a capital campaign to remodel the Porter Building, a 12,000 square foot community facility in downtown Watsonville (that we own debt-free) to expand our programming.  The ideal candidate will be a visionary who has outstanding management, development, organizational, and communication skills/experience. Bilingual/Spanish and arts programming experience are highly desirable. This is a part-time (20-29 hours per week) position, with the possibility of becoming full-time as we transition programming into our new facility. The position is at-will, paid hourly and does not include health benefits. The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. Pay commensurate with experience $40-$55 per hour. FULL JOB DESCRIPTION HERE
