Body Marking: art, ritual & story invites audiences to explore the timeless and global practice of marking the body as a form of personal expression, cultural identity, and sacred ritual. This exhibit brings together the work of tattoo artists, painters, photographers, ceramists, and other creatives whose work is inspired by the practice of body marking.
This exhibition becomes a space for reflection, dialogue, and celebration of the universal human desire to inscribe meaning onto the body.

Sculpture IS: In the Garden 2026
marks the twentieth annual outdoor sculpture exhibition presented by Pajaro Valley Arts in partnership with Sierra Azul Nursery & Gardens. For two decades, the exhibition has brought together California artists and the community in a unique setting where art and landscape intersect.

This year’s exhibition, curated and juried by Susana Arias, Hedwig Heerschop, Jamie Abbott, and Jeff Rosendale, celebrates twenty years of creativity, discovery, and connection through contemporary sculpture.
